Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When your items ship, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your hair care goodies all the way to your door.


If you need to cancel your order, please email us at info@imhairforyoualways.com within 3 hours of placing it (as long as your order hasn't shipped). To help us process your request quickly, include:

Damaged products policy:

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@imhairforyoualways.com within 3 days of receiving your package (no exceptions).

Be sure to include:

• Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
• Your full name and order number
• Once we verify the damage, we’ll happily send you a replacement right away.
