Refund policy

Unfortunately, we don't do refunds. Our natural hair care products are the real deal, but they require a little bit of patience and commitment to get the best results. Plus, everyone's hair is different, so what works for one person might not work for you.

Our products are made with lots of love and natural ingredients. As a small business, we make our products in small batches to ensure their freshness. Our return policy differs from big brands that produce in mass quantities.

So, if you're looking for a quick fix, our products might not be for you. But if you're willing to put in the time and effort to get the hair of your dreams, I’m hair for you always!

If you need to cancel an order, please let us know within 3 hours of placing it, unless it has already been shipped. You will receive an email when your purchase has been shipped. To ensure a successful cancellation, make sure to include your order number, full name and reason for cancelling in the body of your email request.

If your purchase arrives damaged, shoot us an email at with pictures of the damaged goods, and our team will get back to you in a jiffy. Be sure to include those product images in your email so that we can promptly resend your package. Just a friendly reminder, damaged products must be reported within 3 days of receiving them (no exceptions).
