Is it safe to use on my eyebrows and eyelashes?

Avoid contact with eyes (including eyebrows/eyelashes). Our Rosemary Amla strengthening oil is strictly for the scalp. Please follow the instructions on the bottle.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, we don't do refunds. Our natural hair care products are the real deal, but they require a little bit of patience and commitment to get the best results. Plus, everyone's hair is different, so what works for one person might not work for you.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order, please let us know within 3 hours of placing it, unless it has already been shipped. You will receive an email when your purchase has been shipped. To ensure a successful cancellation, make sure to include your order number, full name and reason for cancelling in the body of your email request.

What is my product arrives damaged?

Hey, gorgeous! We hate to hear that our product(s) arrived damaged. If that's the case, shoot us an email at info@imhairforyoualways.com with pictures of the damaged goods, and our team will get back to you in a jiffy. Be sure to include those product images in your email so that we can promptly resend your package. Just a friendly reminder, damaged products must be reported within 3 days of receiving them (no exceptions).
